Wow! Kicking someone when he's down.

Like taxation, how can one squeeze from the homeless population compliance when they are dealing with our society putting them in poverty? Or they're there because of mental deficiency.

Hey! They're not functioning, ya'll!

Berchauer likes the strong arm of the police and the sheriff hints at a bigger jail (the dynamic duo). Oops! There goes our tax rate straight up on the data graph!

They're at bottom. Where do you expect them to go? What do you expect them to do? Get a job? Who will hire them?

Options, folks, not punishment of the "least of these".

I would like to have asked a couple questions: to Softich, did you ask for a help for a bus ticket home in the beginning of your troubles here? If so and she wasn’t given assistance then we failed. And regarding the Project Turnkey motel program, last we heard they were way under capacity because of needed repairs to wiring. Has that been done and are they back at capacity? Good questions to ask in order to see the bigger picture.
